Source: Uracil DNA Glycosylase is the product of the Escherichia
coliung gene, and has been cloned, sequenced and expressed in
E.coli.

Storage Condition: The undiluted enzyme solution is stable when stored
at –20℃.
Storage buffer: 50mM Tris-HCL (Ph 8.0),KCL,1mM EDTA, 1mMDTT, BSA 0.1mg/ml 50%glycerol (v/v).
Unit definition: One unit catalyze the release of 1nmol of free Uracil from 3H-poly(dU) in 1hour at 37℃~50℃.
Unit reaction conditions: 30mM Tris-HCL (Ph 8.3),50mM KCL, 50mM
MgCl2, 4ug/ml 3H-poly(dU) , at 7 ╳ 105
cpm/ug,and 1 unit of enzyme in 50 ul for
10min at 37℃~50℃.
Quality control Assays: This product has passed the following quality control assays: functional absence of singleand
doble- stranded exonuclease as well as endonuclease and ribbonuclease.
